You do NOT need a Paypal account in order to use it. At the end of your transaction, you can use a credit card to pay via Paypal, without having to create an account with them.
Shipping:I ship to your Paypal shipping address and will NOT ship to your ETSY shipping address. Please make sure your shipping address in Paypal is correct!
Items are shipped using USPS or FedEx. I include Delivery Confirmation and Insurance - cost is included in the shipping fee on the listing.
Refunds:You may return an item that I have in stock, within 5 days of receipt, as long as it is in original condition with the original packing material. No returns on custom items..
